No Way Home has happened and life moves on for Peter Parker. He's alone and living in that ran down apartment. Until one day he dies...he thought he'd get to heaven and meet Mr.Stark and his family but boy was he wrong.
Instead of heaven, he was in the soul realm where It was explained that he died on his earth but his soul still remains alive and he is going to be transferred into another body. The only heads up he gets is he knows his new family well... The Starks

Pain. That was all he knew now. Peter Parker had gotten over the fact that he would never be normal. The whole accords situation, vulture. It was all too much and had started to get to him. Peter got to stay in Avengers tower, and would go on the OCCASIONAL mission with the team, (luckily everyone had made up. Steve and Tony still had problems, but had almost managed to work them out) but mostly he just stayed there for the company, and it just made things better. He liked Mr. Stark. He was like a father to him and,( though he would never admit it) loved him like one. One day when Peter goes to his aunt's apartment, he is taken by someone. He doesn't know who. He doesn't know where. And he doesn't know WHY. Pain. That was all he knew now. Will the Avengers be able to find him? And if they do... Will he be OK? I would like to point out that this story is rated MATURE because of physical abuse, refusing to eat, and possible self harm. If I missed anything, please let me know and I'll add it to the list. The world grieved as the kidnappers gleefully told the devastated parents they'd find his body in the morning. They never did. Twelve years passed and the family was still grieving, and Tony Stark worked tirelessly to find his only child's killer and gain justice for his son.
