When his father's job causes them to move to a new town, Jungkook couldn't care less. It's not that he has no emotion or is depressed or anything, he just has nothing to care about in their now, old town. He has no friends to leave behind or to miss because he doesn't trust anyone. Since his the deal with his parents was for him to make new friends in order for him to go to public school, he decides to talk to people. He quickly gets 5 friends. Happy with this number, he doesn't plan on talking to anyone else until a certain boy in his science class catches his attention. When Jungkook and this kid are made partners for a science project, they are forced to talk to each other. The kid, Kim Taehyung, has a secret that no one needs to know. It's the cause of his quietness, his depression, his actions. Jungkook, being the caring person he naturally, is, wants to help Taehyung. He understands the feeling of being alone, so he wants to be Taehyng's friend, despite what his 5 other friends have to say about Taehyung. Will Taehyung's secret cause his and Jungkook's friend to end right after it has begun? Or, will it give it the chance to grow into something more than a friendship? It is the end of Taeil's high school career and it has overall been incredibly average, but his friends are having none of it. What happens when they try to make Taeil loosen up a bit? Two Shot (I tried to make this a one shot but it started to get long.) Basically a modern day story inspired by the movie Dazed and Confused. It is one of my personal favorites. Being equally important, my mother had a mother to mother talk with our neighbour, asking as politely as she possibly could to babysit me - but I wouldn't exactly call it babysitting if my mom specifically asks that I only stay over to study for as long as I want; no food included, no relaxation breaks, nothing except studying. He was smart, according to his mother who would help me with something I was bad at, but he was very much a problematic child. Although, to me he was just a nice boy, with a phone in his hand, always walking from his room to the kitchen, and never saying hello to me. It would be an understatement if I said he didn't know I existed, because he did know I existed and that I came to study at his house everyday, he just never took it in his interest to look at me when I looked at him. And that's how I grew up. Having two homes. The one I wake up in, sleep in, eat in, bath in and the one I study in - also known as the house I met my first crush Taeil. Taeil, who didn't bother noticing me but allowed me to notice him everyday of the week, month, year, up to a decade - excluding family outings and outings similar to that.
