Eun Ji is a top student who has her usual day before heading out to a concert. During the show, she suddenly swaps bodies with idol Jay because they share a soul. They both want to switch back, so they start looking for help from psychics and mediums. Eventually, they find one who explains that they need to become friends and really get to know each other in order to switch back.
As they hang out, they share childhood stories, chat about their views on life, and tackle some challenges together. But the crazy life of a K-pop idol makes things tough. Jay ends up losing his contract, and Eun Ji gets expelled from her university.
To help each other out, Jay writes an essay for Eun Ji's readmission, and Eun Ji helps Jay find a new job. She even lands a gig as a TV anchor for him! In the end, by understanding each other's lives better, they finally manage to switch back to their original bodies.
