Nova, a young woman lives through a day called "The Greatest Catastrophe"
From the beginning to the end , she tries to live her life as normally as possible, more than humanity ever has. Except her and her family don't see eye to eye which raises issues for Nova since she just wishes for one normal day on the day where everything in the milkyway galaxy as we know it will change forever.
Living on the last day earth will ever have, how does Nova find peace within her life just in the next few hours? What does she learn about humanity and her own life? Unless there is any kind of hope, Nova needs to brace herself for what's to come by learning the one of the biggest lessons all of humanity should face. Will she recognize it?

Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. So this is a story I wrote about a girl named Nova. She lives in a world where everyone has a supernatural power. Nova is 13, and if a person's power doesn't show by the time they're 14, they're given to the Government to either be tested or killed. The Government basically makes all the decisions for the whole country. So, Nova's 13, and she still hasn't discovered her powers. When her birthday comes, she still has no power. She can either be sent to the Government, for either testing or death, or she can risk her life running away. I created this story, I created these characters, the characters and the plot are mine.
