Cass has a normal life, normal family, normal friends. Her parents take her to church on Sundays and she sneaks out to parties on weekends, what's not to be happy about? After Cass makes a terrfiying decision to tell her family a deep secret her life takes a turn for the worst. She heads on a downwards spiral and her normal life becomes almost nightmarish. 

Living on her own Cass has to make decisions by herself. New and old friends make her distorted life even worse. And to top it all off she meets someone who makes her go against everything she has ever known.All Rights Reserved

She learns that if nobody's there to stick up for her, life is living hell. She stops bringing her comics to school, changes out her glasses for contacts, and does what she can to to fit in. Even worse than school is her stepfather, Steven, who has been abusing her for the past year. When she finally calls the police, Steven is put in jail and Cassie and her mom get as far away from him as possible, which means moving back home to the life she left behind. Cassie comes back in time for senior year and just wants things to go back to the way they were. Instead she discovers a new life better than anything she could have imagined.

His family is broken, his mental health is slowly declining, and he's faced questioning his sexuality. Often left to sit in his bed on his phone most of the day, his reasons to live were slowly declining. Tom thought it was better this way. It was better to not disturb anyone, to wear the same clothes over and over, and to stay boring. All, of course, until Tom met him. Updates every Friday. Maybe more days if I'm not busy or I'm motivated to do so. ⚠️ TW ⚠️ -boyxboy (shouldn't be a warning smh) -suicidal thoughts -self harm (cutting, etc) -no smut, probably fluff though -throwing up I didn't take the photo in the cover.
