A story of two people from different worlds-a chaotic, sunshine-hearted girl and a sharp-tongued boy with tired eyes- who collide by accident and somehow stay. They're not quite friends, not quite lovers, not quite anything explainable... just two souls drawn together by pastries, sunsets, and something heavier neither of them can name. And maybe, just maybe, that's what makes it even worse.
⚠️ Heads-up! This story features a very out-of-character Sanzu Haruchiyo (yes, seriously). I originally wrote this way back in 2022, so bear with my younger self's version of him 😅 Enjoy the chaos and thanks for reading! (This was inspired by Strawberry Blond btw)

Tsukishima and Yamaguchi had a very close friendship for many years, though neither of them knew when or how that friendship had turned mostly to Yamaguchi following Tsukishima out of blind adoration. After this was brought to his attention, Tsukishima decided to do something about it, coincidentially on the same day Yamaguchi rediscovered his favourite childhood candy, Strawberry Mentos. ------- This book is inspired by the song "Strawberry Mentos" by Leanna Firestone, so there will be pieces of lyrics in the story, or pieces of the story based off of lyrics.
