But for context Issei isn't going to be a pervert but he's going to have some abilities and things that I think might make him cooler. This is a fanfic takes place after the war between the Factions and Chaos Brigade and Trihexa. After the war being over with Issei feels like he and the girls are getting close to the point where he was going to surprise all of the girls with a present, they all have been hoping for.
