Phoebe is a 22 year old woman, living in Manhattan, New York. She is a world renowned detective that the world knows as "Guy". She has successfully solved over 100 cases in the past 3 years. Her deductive skills are pretty impressive even though she literally runs on coffee.

Phoebe and Tucker also known as Sergeant Adams have a little 'thing' going on and it might take them both on a roller coaster trying to understand one another whilst trying to solve this vast murder case that is leaving Phoebe desperate to take drastic measures in order to solve it.
