Synopsis:

When the Monkey King, Sun Wukong, grows restless after centuries under celestial watch, he sets off on a journey through the mortal world in search of amusement. What he doesn't expect is to be saddled with yet another responsibility-guarding a demigod. By a twist of fate (and a favor owed to Poseidon), he finds himself bound to protect young Percy Jackson, son of the sea god.

What begins as a reluctant babysitting job quickly spirals into chaos when the two are cast into Tartarus-a pit where monsters never die, hope barely flickers, and the gods are deaf to cries for help. To survive, they must do more than fight monsters-they must learn to trust each other.

Percy, impulsive yet brave, is forced to rely on a mentor unlike any he's ever known: a trickster god who once defied Heaven itself and has little patience for mortal frailty.
