Kyle Woodson has only ever wanted one thing her entire life and that is to become an Alpha. She arrives at Alpha Academy, where any Alpha worth their fur graduates. Once there, she's assigned to Jackson Harlowe's pack unit, the son of her father's enemy. There isn't much she can do about it, even if their fathers have been in a territory war for twenty years. This year, the dean creates a competition between the units. Jackson knows that if he wants to win, he'll have to train Kyle himself, so they work out a deal. But a growing anti-female Alpha movement starts spreading on campus, forcing Jackson to protect Kyle. And things take a turn when Kyle finally undergoes full werewolf maturity--luminesence.
