Based on a dream I had, I decided to write this story that takes place not in Skyrim, but in Merulia, a world that I created. I dragged from Skyrim, though, the concept of Dragonborn and its powers, as well as the religions used in the game. Hope you all enjoy this story that I'm still writing.

This story will contain mature content. Also, I've come to realize that the villain in this story is basically just Cinderella's evil stepmother. As war rages and the hunt for the Elder Scrolls begins, one choice will change her fate forever-werewolf, vampire, or something far more dangerous. In the shadows of Skyrim, love and power are never without sacrifice. A WLW Fanfiction following the Dawnguard/Serana questline (becoming a vampire). It follows a lot of the story and script, but with variation and expansion. There's a lot of romance, a love triangle, and spicy smut. Much of the story is based off of my most recent playthrough- I had never met Serana before and I truly loved Aela the Huntress as my companion, but once I met Serana, I threw Aela to the wolves, so to speak. I had to write a fanfiction of how I would have loved for the story to go, tying in details from the game. ***Please note, this is an LGBTQIA+ work.
