Set in an alternate modern Seoul, where demons feed off obsession, envy, and fractured dreams, Second Light follows the reformation of "VANTA", a once-legendary 5-member girl group from the 2nd generation of K-pop. Years after their sudden disbandment and the mysterious "meltdown" of their leader on live TV, each member has gone her separate way-some faded into obscurity, others buried in scandals, and one presumed dead.

But when strange, otherworldly forces begin manipulating the minds of rising rookie idols-causing psychotic breakdowns and mass hallucinations-VANTA is brought back together, not for a reunion tour, but for war. Their voices, born from the pain, love, and rebellion of youth, hold ancient power passed down from forgotten Gisaengs (Korean spiritual entertainers). Only together can they unlock the "Second Light," a forbidden harmony capable of purging corrupted souls and battling a demon known as Eochan, the Collector of Fallen Stars.
