This story shows how people's circumstances can change so quickly and it could start by a knock on the door. 

This is a work of fiction but I was inspired by the movie "Five Feet apart".

Day after day, he observed her from a distance, curious and drawn to the way she seemed so content in her own world. He didn't know her name. He didn't know her story. But something about her made him pause, made him want to understand the silence she lived in. What she didn't know was that he would soon become the one to change everything she believed about herself. He would be the one to break her quiet rules. This book was inspired unfortunately by my personal disease and visits to the hospital. I started writing as early as my disease had happened but hope you like my work. The events that took place in the novel are based on real events but there is a dash of fantasy to them. Please don't be afraid to give me your feedback because I plan on publishing it and I want to know if there is anything I could improve on. Thanks and sorry for the lack of a cover. He hates it at first, but quickly makes friends with two other patients, PJ and Chris. Another boy, Dan, joins the group, but he’s really quiet and reluctant to share anything as to why he’s there. Phil gets him to open up eventually, but the things he finds out about Dan are not as simple as Phil thought they’d be. (P.S. Yes, I know a lot of things that happen in the hospital would never ever happen in a real hospital but it’s fiction for a reason!) Trigger warning: Subjects of bulimia, bipolar disorder, rape, depression, suicide attempt, and self-harm. Please take caution when reading and always talk to me if you need to.
