''Pitiful little fireless wonder!'' someone screeched jubilantly from the crowd. Soon they were joined by others and it became a booming, echoing chant. Charr smirked at what he had created, joining in with a rhythmic stamp of his feet. "THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE!" he cried over the call of the crowd.
Sclera is a dragon, constantly overshadowed by the golden scales of her brother. With no fire of her own and 'the complexion of a damned icewing' she has lived her life in the skywing hatchery as an outcast, surviving on the scraps and pity of others. However when she's finally given the chance to escape the fiery shadows holding her captive and attend Jade Mountain Academy everything changes.
Suddenly she has friends, allies and an irritatingly hot frenemy to help her battle her insecurities and the cruel words of others to find her true strength, locked deep within. Can she rise above her title of 'fireless wonder' even as a perilous journey is forced upon her and the rest of the Copper Winglet to stop the continent from falling into disastrous conflict once again.

This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. Wrote this in middle school very cringe. Snowdrift isn't like other dragons. She is a frostscales, so her scales radiate frost nobody can touch her or be near her in case of accidents. Now she has a chance to meet new dragons at Jade Mountain Academy. She meets a friend who is a firescales, so he can touch her, his name is Falcon, he is a Skywing. Snowdrift likes him, a lot. Except the Ice Kingdom is melting and there is going to be a war between the Skywings and Icewings. Who will win? Part 2: Falcon and ShiftingSky go off to the new Ice Kingdom. Once there an unexpected event happens. The three dragons go back and get there revenge. Snowflake was a normal icewing dragonet. Blueish-white scales and a disciplined, icy personality, living within his parent's sixth circle. As normal as normal can get. He just turned six years old, and through hard work and tiresome training, he had made it to the top of the fifth dragonet circle. If only he could reach the fourth circle by his seventh birthday, he would be happy with being an upper-middle class citizen of the ice kingdom. However, there are many dragons attempting to thwart his success. The lowerclass icewings are jealous of his advancements, while the higherclass are skeptical. While dealing with these challenges, Snowflake discovers a strange rock after following a streak of light deep within the tundra. Upon touching the rock, his claws fill with power unlike any other.
