Max, a rather typical, shy girl, recently got the ability to reverse time. After spending the day trying to gain control of her confused mind, she could no longer stand being alone in this freaky situation. Her best friend, Chloe, might have been her best bet for someone to share this information with. She just wanted to get it off her chest and she was prepared to be called crazy by everyone who heard word of Max claiming to have time travel powers, she was even prepared to be called crazy by her best friend. There were two things Max considered to write down in her notebook, when she heard Chloe's reaction: "Never assume shit beforehand" "I fucking love that girl" -This story contains minor spoilers for Episode 1 of "Life is Strange" -This story contains content that only a mature audience should read- -Each chapter (excluding the epilogue) contains 13825 words on average- Status: Complete.Complete

I sat in the library. There was not a single person in sight. There was just complete, suffocating silence. Then the silence shattered when I heard loud footsteps. Each step got louder and louder. I looked up and saw . . . Max. He stood right before of me. His hair held in a slick quiff and his beautiful lips curved in a grin. My heart started to beat rapidly. I watched him hopelessly as he bent down, towards me, near me. His face inches away from me. I could feel his cold breath on my face. "You still love me, don't you?" He asked in his deep voice. The answer was yes, I did love him. . . but I can't tell him that. I don't want him to repeat all the things he did to me. I don't want him to make me cry for hours. But will he love me for real this time if I forgive him? If I don't forgive him, will I ever forget him? Will I ever be able to give love a second chance? Max was very different -- but in a unique way. That much Justin could figure out. He just couldn't figure out what was different about her.
