Elaine moves back to Tulsa for the summer. She's a college student in art school with a hard summer project. Elaine is pretty much bored out of her mind until her parents' house gets the roof redone. She's drawn to Darry Curtis, one of the roofers, almost immediately because of his beautiful features. Each day, Elaine sits outside with a sketchbook, watching his mannerisms, his actions, and conveys them through her drawing. Will their relationship stay just a sketch on paper, or will it turn into something more?
