After 1 rejection Mitsuri spiraled into a dark year, her parents concerned of course for their daughter told her to join the corpse. Thinking it was fresh start she became happy again and fell in love with a man named Obanai. But one day when she confesses she is faced with yet another rejection. She spirals back into a depression and goes to the only friend she has, Shinobu. Shinobu likes her but Mitsuri's unrequited love makes her question their friendship. along with her big sister dying and her having to take over as Hashira she falls into a depression too. After a few months they fall in love but there still not satisfied. Weddings are supposed to be happy right?

I based the storyline on the Scrooge musical since I watched it not that long ago.
