With the most dangerous rogues of Arkham Asylum locked away, the city finally breathes-until the bodies begin to appear.

Unmarked. Untraceable. Unnatural.

A new kind of terror stalks the streets under the cover of night: a ghost in a black cloak, a mask of twisted mercy, and a doctrine of death for those deemed "sick." No clues. No witnesses. Only the dead remain.
