Isabella had always doubted her self image, but one thing always remained constant in her life: books. Her favorite spot in town was a small bookshop, and she seemed to be the only customer. But the book she chose to check out next wasn't just an ordinary book . . . and it may just take getting sucked into the plot of another story to teach her a lesson.
Side note: A man named Harris Burdick drew this cover along with many others. He had plans to write these incredible short stories . . . until one day he went missing! All that was found were the many drawing concepts of these stories, but the actual writings (or Harris Burdick himself) were never found. Now they are commonly used as short story prompts, which was exactly what I did! This writing piece was actually a school assignment, but I ended up loving it so much that I just had to share it with you guys! Enjoy!
