standing up for ones self

so standing up for ones self can be a scary/hard thing to do if u have never done it before. It can be hard but it can be done it just takes finding ur voice and the guts to say enough is enough and just fighting back. u know how we are told from a young age that if we ignore a bully that they will stop and go away and forget all about u well that's bullshit. They are so wrong, ok so maybe some will but there are the ones that don't give a carp and just won't give up till u take a stand for ur self and tell them that ur not scared of them. Now u see in 24 and I was being bullied till I found my voice and stood up for my self I'm one to take a lot of things to a point but I will not stand for being bullied by any one and I hope that u all feel the same way.
