𝐑𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 hadn't experienced the luxury of a ''white picket fence'' life, and it was okay with her. Until it wasn't. For, growing up, Ruelle was blessed with the friendship donned upon her in the form of a southern boy with slight anger problems. The pair suffered similar fates when they entered the threshold of their homes, but whenever they could, they would spend their time together. It helped that they lived so close, but one day, Ruelle was forced to move away and she never saw him again.

Until a fateful day in the city of Atlanta where a group of people simply trying to survive, saved her from imminent death. Not that she needed help, she so 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 had it under control, but she was grateful nonetheless.

Now at the camp her friend - unknowingly - resided in, what was to become of them when they reunited? How much had either changed, and what was left to salvage of their old memories?
