Following the defeat of Bill Cipher and the Legion of Dominance Doom and the restoration of peace to the Multiverse, the Multiverse Defenders are enjoying a peaceful celebration of victory in the multiverse-wide metropolis city of Free World City, where all people come together and known for its urban life and modern technology. Even Alex's family had attended and they were ultimately heartbroken for losing someone that they cared for the most. Eventually, Alex, still as the new, due to the Omnitrix not having reset itself yet, awakes to find himself in a totally new dimension populated by humans and a mystical species called Pokémon!
