Unspoken Rule of Love
Tim Bradford, a training officer at the Mid-Wilshire Division, is a man of discipline and routine. Behind his tough exterior, though, he's a single father raising his six-year-old daughter, Hope Alexandra Bradford. Hope's mother walked out when she was just a child, leaving Tim to navigate fatherhood on his own. Lucy Chen, recently transferred from Hollywood Division, moved to Mid-Wilshire to be closer to her best friends, Detective Angela Lopez and Officer Celina Juarez. When Chen met Bradford, she saw the kind of seasoned cop who seemed all grit and no play. But behind his walls, Tim was a soft-hearted man devoted to those he loved. Slowly, Lucy and Tim became friends, and soon, Chen and Hope developed a close bond as well. One day, Tim and Lucy finally confessed their feelings for each other but the LAPD rules came crashing down. Officers in the same unit cannot be seen dating. Now, they're stuck between duty and desire. How will they navigate the rules, their growing love, and the delicate balance of family with Hope caught in the middle?
