I never ever thought I'd write a game canon rewrite until now. Do I really need a summary? It's the game, but I've stripped it to its bones and rebuilt it so it's better. But I suppose:

As the 19th century wanes, Hogwarts welcomes a new student with an ancient gift. As shadows stir across the Scottish highlands, Percival Montague must uncover long-buried truths, navigate forgotten magic, and decide what kind of wizard he is willing to become... and pass his classes.

Instead, she is tested and trained on her ability to see things others can't--labeled as a psychic in Muggle terms. No one knows she's a witch, not even the Ministry of Magic. Follow her adventures at MI5 until the spell hiding her magic ends and a beloved Charms professor arrives to hand-deliver her letter personally. This is the first book in a long, seven-book series. This one will be much shorter than the others since it happens before Hogwarts. Hermione's relationships aren't set in stone at this point, especially because she's so young in this book and hasn't yet been to Hogwarts. Just be warned that I tend to write and enjoy reading Hermione/Multi, so it'll probably end up being like that when we wrap up. Either way, the driving force is the plot, and less on the romance.

Or will her perfect life go up in flames? **IMPORTANT** This book is very much just an introduction followed by incorporating the new character into the established world and timeline. As the author, I would suggest the following. 1. Read "Philosopher's Stone" (this book) till before the chapter titled "THE JOURNEY FROM PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTERS" 2. Skip the rest. It is merely a telling of what you have already read in canon, just from a different perspective. 3. Move to "The Chamber of Secrets" and start with the chapter titled "TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE." All the chapters before that are, once again, events you would already be familiar with. 4. Finish book 2 and move on to book 3. There on after, you can read normally. This isn't compulsory. It is simply, in my opinion, the best way to enjoy the series. Since I understand that some portions of the first two books are not very different from canon and thus, can seen boring. But there is one Professor you soon start to feel comfortable around and there is something about you that he can't quite grasp. Soon his guard starts to falter and before he even realises it, he loses control over it. Note: This is going to be a slow-burn. Snape will mostly be gentle and I try to match his personality as good as I can. Smut is not included so far and if I do, it will not be a main part of the story.
