The villain of our story is everything the Kingdom fears-thief, arsonist, killer, poisoner. His name is a curse, his face a death sentence. Every champion sent after him has come back in pieces-if they come back at all. He loves death, he lives for bloodshed... and somehow, he's stuck babysitting two weaponized toddlers. He's made peace with his fate. Mostly.

Meanwhile, a ruthless would-be hero rises-determined to become the Kingdom of the Singing Trees' next Champion. She'll fight, she'll bleed, she'll kill. If it's the last thing she does, she will end the villain.

But what if she fails?

What happens when both are thrown into an arena... and discover the real enemy is something far more dangerous than each other?
