You've read Liam Mairi's story. You know how it goes. How it ends. But what if there was more to his tale?

And what if it included someone already in his tale the entire time?

We follow Liam through his own story, whilst also having to keep a secret that may very well get him killed alongside every other marked one in Basgaith before Threshing.

Author's Note: This story is inspired by the incredible Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. If you have not read Fourth Wing yet, please go read it first, as a lot of context will not make sense if you're not familiar.

I am so incredibly proud of this story, I've had this idea since last year and have spent months planning and now writing this version of Liam's life.
I do plan to post chapters weekly, but life sometimes gets in the way! (Also if you see any little mistakes A: No you don't and B: I have raging ADD so sometimes editing gets rather boring.)
