The Riveras and the Cruzes. Two families locked in a feud that's lasted for generations. They've competed in every. single. thing. - family cookouts, school awards, sports, grades, careers, houses, even who had the greener lawn. If it could be compared, they competed in it. Naturally, both families had children. And, of course, those children were raised to hate each other, trained from the cradle like soldiers in a war they never chose. Every game turned into a battle, every classroom a battlefield. The rivalry was in their blood. And those kids? They were expected to pass that hatred down to their children someday. But... not in this story. This story is a little different. When Leo Rivera and Julian Cruz entered high school, after a while something started to change. At first, they hated each other - really hated each other. Did you catch that? "Hated" - past tense. Because somewhere between hallway glares and sarcastic remarks, the rivalry began to crack. And through those cracks, something else slipped in. Something neither family expected. Love. Yeah. Love. After years of being told they were enemies, they started to wonder, "Why do we even hate each other?" This isn't just a story about family feuds. This is the story of Leo Rivera and Julian Cruz - how love bloomed where hate was planted.

  • It started with hate

They've hated each other since before they could spell the word. Same town. Same street. Same school. From the sandbox till now , they've been locked in an endless game of insults, eye rolls, and who-can-be-louder. But then, when they were ten-just for a second-everything shifted. It wasn't planned. It wasn't talked about. One summer night, too much quiet, too many stars, and suddenly... they almost kissed. Not because they liked each other. Not because the rivalry was gone. But because, in that moment, something between them cracked open. And then it was over. They never spoke about it. They went back to the way things were. Sharp words. Cold shoulders. Loud silences. Now they're 15. Older. Bolder. And somehow, that one second they never talk about? It's louder than ever. He looks at her like he wants to win and ruin her in the same breath. She talks to him like she hates him-but she never looks away. It's still a war. It's still personal. But every fight feels like it's covering up something they're too afraid to say out loud. Because that almost-kiss may be five years old... But the tension? It never left. And the next time their guard slips, someone might actually cross the line.
