The Ruin of Roxanne

Roxanne Salazar has always felt invisible. To herself, to her peers, and even to her own family. With 6 younger siblings, her parents always have their hands full and having a father for an alcoholic doesn't help either.

Jaden Hayes is haunted by the demons of his past and tries to numb his pain with any substances he can get ahold of. With absent parents and a sister as the only family he has, Jaden doesn't have anyone to save him from the person he is becoming.

Their paths miraculously cross one faithful day in a hospital and since then, the universe keeps throwing the two together. Roxanne wants to discover who he is behind all the drugs he takes, while Jaden wants to keep his distance from the girl who always seems unfazed. But what they want and what happens are two very different things.

Both with more baggage than they can carry, they bond in ways no one could ever understand. It's never easy to let someone see past the facade you put up and loving an addict comes with its own challenges.

Roxanne must decide if loving Jaden is worth risking herself meanwhile Jaden must battle his addiction and the traumatic events of his past in order to keep the only girl he's ever loved.

Will Roxanne's efforts be enough to save Jaden from himself or will his unpredictable way of life be Roxanne's ruin?
