𝙔𝙪𝙢𝙞 𝙆𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙖, a woman in her early twenties. She used to dream a lot when she was young. However, her dreams were shattered when her younger sister was diagnosed with a heart disease. Yumi couldn't understand why and wished it would've been her instead of her beloved baby sister. From that day on, Yumi struggled with going to school and staying with her sister at the hospital.

𝙎𝙝𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙮𝙖, a young doctor with an observant personality. He lost his first patient, and that loss made a lot clearer for him. He now knew that the world wasn't always fair, and he told himself he wouldn't get too attached to any of his patients. One day, he's told by a superior that he will help out with a patient. That's when he meets Yumi for the first time.

Only some time after their first meeting, Yumi and Chishiya end up in the borderlands, but will they find each other again and maybe get a bit closer?
