To celebrate 2 years on this site I'm remaking my first ever story published on here which I can admit has some issues which I plan to fix with this remake. This is part 1 of a fanfiction AU series following the story of Amber Amira, a girl with untapped potential who along with her brother and adopted sister join the huntsman training school of Beacon Academy in order to become huntsmen to protect their world of Remnant from dangers. this chapter takes place a few months after Amber's induction into the institute where the dangers will go beyond the world they know as an otherworldly being had given the information that 2 elementalists had found themselves into their world and should they be left to find each other and do battle all of Remnant will fall, so it is up to 3 hunter teams to find these elementalists so that the military can find out a way to deal with them, but things will get complicated quick. RWBY: The Butterfly Effect AU Volume 1
This is my AU that I dot. I don't have a name for it yet. So I'm giving it the placeholder name of the butterfly effect AU. This is an AU with a slightly planned out timeline of events. The cast is massive, with the beginning having 4 teams take up the main cast at the start of the story. Instead of 2 like in the show. The teams being RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, and CMSN. CMSN being Cinder Fall, Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, and Neopolitan, who's stories went slightly differently. Ending up with them coming to beacon legitimately and to become huntresses and huntsmen. This project is kinda massive. But I can hope to finish it and to write it well. Also I do expect those reading this to be familiar with RWBY up to Volume 8. This is the first Volume/book. Any criticisms should be expressed in the comments. Jaune Arc, the lovable goofball and sole male of the Arc clan has left his home on his quest to become a hero like his ancestors, but being a civilian and not having the training necessary, he has to rely on cheating his way into Beacon by the use of fake transcripts. And now that he has begun his journey, he hopes that he can improve and make his ancestors proud, while also surrounding himself with people he can trust and perhaps, a deeper connection and relationship. This is his journey to become a Legend and legacy of his ancestors. A/N: Now, I have given this much thought and I have read many Jaune fics, harem mostly and they weren't exactly original, as they forgo his canon personality and just give him powers from another franchise instead of making him increase his own skill. And so I decided to write this book and it will also include harem as well. I will try to keep their personalities as close to canon as I can. All Hail Monty Oum.
