Yamaguchi and Tsukishima found themselves in an unexpected romantic entanglement, born out of Yamaguchi's reluctance to confess his feelings for his longtime crush, Hinata. In a moment of desperation, Yamaguchi proposed the idea of a fake relationship with Tsukishima, hoping that it would provoke a reaction from Hinata and push him to finally admit his feelings.

As Tsukishima navigated the complex dynamics of his relationship with Kageyama, he found himself unexpectedly drawn closer to the younger boy. Initially, he had harbored misconceptions about Kageyama's personality, but after clearing those misunderstandings, he began to see a different side of him-one filled with determination and passion that Tsukishima found captivating.

Tsukishima couldn't deny that he was developing deeper feelings for Kageyama, feelings that surprised him with their intensity. However, his growing affection was complicated by the fact that he was entrenched in a fake relationship with Yamaguchi, a situation he felt increasingly guilty about. This lead to Kageyama distancing himself.

Hinata & Kageyama both catch feelings for two guys who are supposedly in a couple with each other. This all happens because of Yamaguchi using Tsukishima to spark a reaction from Hinata. (Hinata didn't even know Yamaguchi at the time so Tadashi was stupidd for ts.)
