She was told it was a trip to help her heal. She didn't know that she'd never come back the same. No phone, no freedom, no way out. Dropped in the middle of nowhere, Eliza finds herself in a wilderness program for "troubled teens"----but nothing about this place feels like help. The forest watches. The counselors control everything. And the longer she stays, the more she forgets who she was before the woods swallowed her whole. But shes starting to remember something: how to survive and maybe how to fight back.

Harmony Maddison, the average werewolf 15 year old going onto 16, at this time she is supposed to shift, but didn't. Her pack- her family become bullies and she feels like she's been degraded to the omega, until one day, a small group of 3 new were wolfs show up at her school to whisk her away to a happier place, or so they thought. A murderous pack trespassed onto their land and took one after another down, soon enough, Harmony was surrounded by blood of her friends, lifeless bodies surrounded her. She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest. Enjoy! *Cover art work by a good friend of mine, she doesn't do cover requests.*
