Khalida Nisha Sorrengail is her human name...her goddess name is Arina having been the goddess of war and the First person to ever become a rider she was forgotten after she helped banish the Venin the first time. She was reborn as a daughter of Lilith Sorrengail as soon as she turned 8 years old and heard of the rebellion she became aware of her real identity. She watched her human older sister Mira become a rider and her older brother die. now it's Time for her to go with Violet to Bagswaith War collage where she can only hope her dragons are still alive and she can find them again.
Rowan Lufian Riorson is the youngest Riorson his father fen Riorson was excuted in front of him and all of the marked ones now he carries a rebellion relic as does his brother Xaden. He wants revenge on the Sorrengails but that changes after he meets Khalida. He's a second year at Bagswaith War collage.

The Merciless Crimson
When Skyla Whitlock, a renowned criminal, turns the age of 20, she is forced to join the Riders Quadrant. Just as did all the other children of the separatists did, as per the contract made by Xaden Riorson and General Lilith Sorrengail. He would be a second year by the time she crossed the Parapet, and she would make it her mission to find Xaden and become his ally at Basgiath War College. This book is a fan fiction of Rebecca Yarros' Empyrean series. It takes place one year before fourth wing, I plan to make books that follow the series. So there should be five more after this one, six in total. All characters and storyline belong to RY, besides Skyla Whitlock and some added characters that I made up due to when and where this book takes place.
