Let's retell the story of Kingdom Hearts, but this time there's someone new on the island, a girl named Morgan, who cannot remember where she came from, or how she got there. She simply awoke one day on the beach.
How will this addition to the story change things?
This story will be a near complete rewrite of Kingdom Hearts, starting from Destiny Island and going forward. There will be familiar characters, and others will be replaced entirely. Villains will be changed, and the whole story will happen completely differently.
I'm going to be rewriting the lore pretty substantially to be honest, as Kingdom Hearts was, in my opinion, very convoluted. I want to create one single coherent story from beginning to end, that will explain how things work, without needing to retcon anything down the line. That means things are going to work differently from how they work in the original Kingdom Hearts.
So if you're expecting this to just be the Kingdom Hearts story but with a tag along, I'd set that expectation aside, and get ready for something new.

I actually got inspired by the real Dazai Osamu's works "no longer human" and "the setting sun" if you haven't read it I highly recommend to do so!
