In the quiet fields of Marek, two boys-Elian Zelenko and Ezriel Volyn-find an abandoned house on the edge of war.
Ezriel, soon to be taken to a stronger country, imagines a future within its broken walls.
Elian, who never leaves Marek, just hopes it doesn't collapse.
