This book is about 4 teenagers that have created a LGBT support chat room, Samantha, Trent, Lila, and Brandon, and the chat room is titled, The Closet. A 13 year old girl Madeline recently discovers her sexuality, and goes to the Internet to find answers and support, one day she stumbles upon The Closet. Soon she becomes very close-knit with the other four teens in The Closet.
Together these five teenagers help each other along the way of finding who they are and helping each other and providing support along the way of coming out of the closet.

After meeting Kai, Isabella is exposed to many dangerous but exciting new adventures as well as meeting Kai's group of friends who are just as crazy and infamous as he is. One of Kai's trouble making friends Tilly, discards a list of tasks to complete in order help Isabella uncover something huge. During all of this there are scenes that Isabella realises that she has caught feelings for multiple characters from different genders (cis+trans) hence the title "Battle of the Queer". I have a lot of chapters but they're all very short chapters. So the book moves on rather quickly. (I was kinda young when I wrote this, so I'm sorry if it's a little cringy)Complete
