The story follows our Solin, who is a hero for the mecha people. In this society, everyone has characteristics of a specific species and a secondary form of that species (like how werewolves can be in a human form and a wolf form). The mecha people are part machine and are the only species that have physical characteristics of their species without a secondary form. This hero is the only one who can. In this society, they use portals for fast access, and there is a rule that after 10 years of the portal opening, whoever has control of that area is given full control of this portal. A new portal opens close to the dragon race and the mecha people. At the time of the portal opening, the mecha people were considered the lowest class. Our main character had lost his parents at 11 and was captured by his own people and forced into experiments to force a secondary transformation. He was the most successful story and was forced into a position of fighting the other species almost daily. He killed thousands of the dragon race, and every kill pained him. When the fighting finally stopped at the end of the day, he would hold funerals for the dead as a form of respect. Several years into his fighting, a very might dragon arrived.

One day, all 5 of the guardians decide to confront Colton by capturing his sidekick. A black wolf named Slice. Things turn out for the worst with them realizing he still carries every power such as electricity, frost, things that they aren't prepared to fight... but Jack is left confused on why he wasn't harmed... on why Colton walked past him with no glare but rather a hint of missing him in his eyes. It confuses him. It's only when he checks the vile of his memories that Tooth hides from him that he realizes there is more to the story... more that shows who Colton truly is to him. I do not own any characters created by Dreamworks. The only characters I own are the ones that are unknown from the movie.

Xander had always been a bright kid almost frightening so and he'd probably be able to rule in whatever job department he choose but there was a slight set back... he was almost helplessly listless and tried to do everything in the most quickest least energy and time consuming way and while that has its plus sides it also has its downs . He didn't really do anything other than sleep work nap eat and sometimes go for a walk all that knew him couldn't help but look after him because they worried he'd likely fall in a ditch somewhere if they took their eyes off him fir a second so with people doting on him he couldn't help but become even more listless . One day a person who was looking after Xander for a while because the boy almost fell into the street on the way home from dozing off gave him a novel to read called "to love and to be loved" it was a cheesy cliche romance novel but Xander found himself reading it till the end . After finishing the book and using it as a pillow to sleep on he found himself waking up as the "mini villain" in the story who died not even 60 pages in but coincidentally had the same name as him . He didn't care tho as long as he could sleep and work with this new worlds magic he wouldn't mind but how come the villain and a few other characters that supposed to hate him suddenly doting on him ?
