I'm... just me, I guess. Izuku Midoriya. Green hair, freckles, quirk that doesn't always listen to me-and useless small bat wings....yeah, that's me. People don't usually look at me and see someone strong or confident, and honestly, I don't blame them. That they aren't useless in the Society. Question is, how much can a Man and its People endure when the System wants to prevent that Dream from happening? And what happens when they snap?

What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.
