Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.

I want to write out my thoughts as honestly as possible and try not to lie like I always do. Maybe by being anonymous will make me stop being a liar. I think it's a bit late to say this after publishing for about a month but I should put a warning. ⚠️ WARNING: What I write about is depressing and suicidal and degrading. Do not read it if you're not mentally prepared.

This is only here because I can't talk about this stuff to anyone else. Basically a diary lol. My friends don't fuckin care

I use this as my diary. I write down all my thoughts and I hope it'll help me.

Society tells us be ourselves. When we are society judges. If we dare share what's on our mind we get judged even by our friends, some people keep it in just like I do. Some of the worst things happen mentally, and physically. When it comes time to show our emotions we can't because we worry people will think about us. Will they think we are lying, or being fake just to get attention?

it's just somewhere I can talk without fucking people judging me.

The words that I wish I could say.. to some people how they made me feel , everything that ever happened. All about feelings and emotions, different situations that people can end up in. Also about psychology and that you don't know what other people are going through and sometimes the feelings you're ashamed of but they bother you or things that you're trying to hide from everyone , other people are also going through or went through and might help and support you. It's like an anonymous diary , it is about some people but no names.
