The Immortal that was referred as the Moon Goddess fell in love with a human and they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. As it was a very rare occurrence for an Immortal to choose a human as their eternal soulmate, some saw this as a threat and many saw humans as a weak and inferior species. Lunette and Richard were considered outcasts of the high societal ranks, and casted aside as if they were garbage. However, once they laid eyes on their sweet child they decided to go into hiding and raise Mira in the human World, so that she could have a care-free life with friends and family. They would be able to shelter Mira from the evil that lurks within the other two realms and the people's hateful glares. They decided for their child's happiness, living amongst the common folk was worth all the risks that came with leaving.

Shortly after Miras 14th birthday, she started to exhibit some of the same attributes that came with being a descendant of an Immortal. While her parents could not be happier for their daughter, they realize how vulnerable and dangerous it would be in the future. Therefore, over the next three years Mira began to learn everything that she could from her mother. Unfortunately, the danger that they were so fearful of, arrived too soon. But little did they know that help was on its way in a very chaotic way.
