Jacob Dean is in trouble. At 14 he is a repeat offender and is facing 2-4 years in juvenile detention. But Jacob is also a bed wetter. After being humiliated in regular juvie for his bedwetting, Jacob is sentenced to a specialized juvenile detention facility for teens with incontinence issues. (research shows that 20% of JJC inmates wet the bed) The DIAPERS program - Detention Initiative: Adolescent Penalization & Experimental Repression System - houses 200 similarly troubled teens to give them a dignified way to serve their time - or not so dignified if they misbehave.
