As an international terrorist group develops behind the scenes, they meet again and again across summits, standoffs, and secret corridors-where threats slip between laughs and hands almost brush before they recoil. What begins as mutual disdain simmers into dangerous interest. In the backdrop, their "families" watch the tension grow-with everything from denial, interference, sabotage, and (in Ukraine's case) tea.
