Y/n was just like any normal Italian girl. Mornings full of custards and evenings of ocean swimming and singing in the piazza, including her annoying little brother, life was perfect.
But then there were the monsters. Lurking, watching, wreaking havoc on y/n and her family.
Until her father brought news: they were moving to America, in a dinky little town called Alto, Georgia.
Y/n thought life would be normal. She quickly made friends and had a fun school project.
So, when the same monsters that haunted her childhood come back, and she has to fight for her life every night, as well as dealing with school, friends, family, and a specific boy, what will she do?
