What if the quirk bombs in world heroes mission didn't work as their creator intended? What if all the fallen quirk users revived themselves in the worst way possible?
Dabi and Toga are separated from the league when a cruel storm of apocalyptic horror swarms the whole island of Japan, and Japan's greatest heroes must work together to track down the mastermind behind a deadly chemical attack. Meanwhile the two villains must reluctantly travel and camp with a handful of UA students and their teacher to survive and Dabi is already sick of all of this.
