They watched in silence as the knight moved toward the edge of the field, cleaning his blade with a worn strip of cloth. He hadn't noticed them-or hadn't cared.
"I want to speak with him," Grian said suddenly.
Ren raised an eyebrow. "You want to interrogate him."
"No," Grian said. "Just talk."
"Is this about yesterday's note?"
Grian didn't answer.
Ren sighed. "I'll send him up to the west tower. You'll have some privacy there."
"No," Grian said. "Here. Now."

Grian couldn't believe what he was seeing. He was standing face to face with a dead person~ Grian left Evo and joined the watchers, whom he then betrayed and in turn, they destroyed Evo and everyone in it. But that's not where the story ends, because when season 8 of hermitcraft rolls around, Grian is shocked to see a familiar face. But what he doesn't know is that this familiar face is there for a reason. Because the watchers wanted Grian back.
