Jasper Lyle was never supposed to be remembered. A forgotten failure of Arkham's darkest experiment, he vanished into the hospital's lower levels-until the day the Joker blew the lab sky-high and accidentally gave birth to something worse.

Now, he's back. He calls himself Neurotoxx, but Joker calls him "Jazzy." Glowing, glitching, and spiraling through Gotham with a smile that twitches too wide, Jazzy doesn't want revenge. He just wants his "Dad" to look at him again.

But when Joker turns his back, and the laughter fades, the question remains:
