Powerhouse has returned to his stint as an employee at the security firm Lockdown Inc., which his mother Susan Markovsky is the CEO of; he also occasionally hangs out with Elise Fornwright---the mother of his late friend Fritz Fornwright---and is also obviously continuing his tenure as a superhero in his home city of Seattle, Washington. However, the prosthetic-armed hero is soon met with a challenge when a new and mysterious archer named Archwave shows up outside of his house one evening, and he gets caught up in protecting the heroine from a government manhunt initiated against her for reasons which are initially unknown. Further complicating matters is the increasing prominence of graffiti around the city, with rumors spreading that a gang known as Spraywatch may be responsible.....
