Adelaide once loved a man.

She loved him very dearly and had hoped for a future with him. It was going to happen. Until it didn't.

She was betrayed and abandoned, having to care for a child alone. A baby she had kept hidden from the man who left her for the sake of his new career.

For four years, she had tried to be the best mother her daughter could ask for, tending to her needs and spoiling her. She even found a person willing to help her with the challenges in life.
