Watching the movie again recently, I had a thought. What if Jack Frost had one believer before he met the Guardians. Enter Viola-Miyuki Nightingale, an 8 year old girl who slipped through the cracks of even the Guardians' world. That's the heart of this story, and as such, Jack is not exactly the same as he was in the movie. Also, Nightlight's here, but not in the way you might be expecting him to be (or maybe exactly what you expect, I wouldn't know).

The House Of J (Jack Frost and Wind story)
Can a newborn spirit win the heart of Jack Frost before another immortal steals him away? Over 300 years ago, Wind put a claim on the Spirit of Winter. When her plans are threatened by a Nightwalker, Wind takes drastic measures. A love story of nature-spirit proportions. *** Mild sexual content. The story takes place 16 years after events in Rise of the Guardians movie. Jack is 19 due to mature themes inside. I tried to write it in the spirit of YA but I go further than YA because I don't like a tease. *** I do not own characters from Rise of the Guardians or any of the artwork in chapter banners.Complete
