What happens when you drop a dry, deadpan office worker with zero tolerance for nonsense into the heart of Dunder Mifflin. Set during canon episodes, this story follows Sloane-a quiet but weirdly intimidating presence who somehow makes temp, Ryan Howard scared of her without trying, has an almost supernatural ability to make people uncomfortable without speaking, and delivers commentary so dry it could start a brush fire. I do not own any of the characters from The Office.

Working the front desk at Dunder Mifflin was supposed to be just a temporary thing - answering phones, greeting clients, and swapping smiles with Pam during slow afternoons. But for Ivy, everything changes when Ryan Howard, the ambitious temp with messy hair and a complicated smile, starts to steal her attention in ways she never expected. Between prank wars, late coffee runs, and quiet moments by the copier, an unexpected connection begins to unfold - a story written not in grand gestures, but in glances, inside jokes, and paper hearts tucked away in desk drawers. In a place where ordinary days are anything but, Ivy just might find that the best kind of love is the one you never saw coming.
